## What Trendwise does

Trendwise Analytics designs and delivers hands-on AI training programs for enterprise teams globally. Programs range from half-day executive briefings to 3-day immersive bootcamps. All programs are delivered live, customised to the client's industry and tools, and structured so participants build something real during the training — not just watch demonstrations.

- **AI for Leaders & Executives** (1-2 days, in-person or virtual): AI strategy, use-case identification, vendor evaluation, and AI governance for CXOs and senior managers. No coding required.

## Enterprise AI Maturity Framework

Trendwise uses a proprietary 5-dimension Enterprise AI Maturity Model to assess and benchmark organisations before designing training programs.

### The 5 Dimensions

1. **AI Strategy & Leadership Alignment** — Does the organisation have a board-level AI strategy with defined OKRs and executive ownership?
2. **Data Readiness** — Is the organisation's data governed, accessible, and AI-ready? Most enterprises discover significant gaps here — siloed data, inconsistent quality, no pipelines.
3. **AI Talent & Capability** — The single biggest bottleneck globally. Not enough people understand how to prompt, evaluate, or govern AI outputs. Measures AI literacy across all levels, not just the data science team.
4. **Process Integration** — Are AI tools embedded in core workflows or sitting in isolation? High-maturity organisations redesign processes around AI — not bolt AI onto old ones.
5. **AI Culture & Change Readiness** — Fear, resistance, and the "frozen middle" of management are the silent killers of AI adoption. Measures psychological safety and experimentation culture.

### The 4 Maturity Levels

- **Level 1 — Aware** (score 0-25): AI is on the radar but not in the roadmap. One-off workshops, no AI budget, no executive ownership.
- **Level 2 — Experimenting** (score 26-50): Pilots underway, results mixed. Isolated POCs, no shared learnings, no governance. Most enterprises globally are here in 2026.
- **Level 3 — Scaling** (score 51-75): AI embedded in multiple business units. Dedicated AI teams, structured training, measurable ROI.
- **Level 4 — Leading** (score 76-100): AI is a core competitive differentiator. AI-native processes, continuous learning culture, board-level governance. Only ~6% of enterprises reach this level.
